Because Namche Bazaar is not accessible by road, your journey begins with a trek down to Lukla or Phaplu, followed by local road transport to reach the Triyuga region. Once you hit the road network, you have two primary choices:

• Local Bus ($7–$14): These are the workhorses of the Nepalese transport system. They are incredibly affordable but offer a "back-to-basics" experience. Expect crowded rows, loud folk music, and frequent stops. The 8.2-hour ride is grueling on your spine but offers an authentic slice of daily life.
